No likes, this is red light area in Singapore, no good family with young girls, pretty ordinary the room.

We like the staff in the hotel. They were soooo.... helpful and friendly to us. I would 100% stay there again. The location was spot on. We love food. It was a good place to get good local food.

Just a bit small for three of us. We just have enough room to sit around, but not enough room to open our luggage. We can only opened one luggage at a time. But overall, we were still happy for what we paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. I love it that they provided us new clean bath towels everyday. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The size of the room is just right for the price. If your looking for a budget friendly for a short stay at Singapore, the hotel is highly recommended.

I got a corner room in 517. There was a noise like water draining that was really disctract. Finally I had to change the room for sleeping. Fruastrated and dissapointed

I would like to praise the staff member named "Ten" for going the extra mile with his service. We are 3 people checking in, and as per him ibis is not giving bottled water in the room. One of our friend doenst have bottled water. What "Ten" did he give his personal unused bottled water so our friend can have his own and refill later. He even assisted me to call Singapore airport as I forgot my phone on the aeroplane. I'm sure Ten will succeed in his career.

When we arrived, there were two staff members in the reception, one was using his phone the other was fixing Christmas lights. None of them didn't say anything or offered assistance. Later, a staff member named Ten came and immidiately assist us.

Really really small rooms didn’t have any space for our luggage not really suitable for a family of 4 as the website told us it would be also not what it showed us in the images. FYI for anyone who wants privacy if ur staying with ur family the bathroom doors don’t lock or fully close and the glass doors were also somewhat translucent.

Amazing for the price. Fast check in, efficient sustainability programs, great staff, great location. Plenty of diners around too.

TV and the toilet paper holder were bad. And smell of the reception was shit.

The location, although it looks bad on maps, is actually not bad at all - don't go all the way to Subway/LRT, use BUS instead, it's faster and much cooler + it will bring you very close to the hotel. There are mamak restaurants open late at night, we ate over and over at the same one because it was GREAT and affordable (at the end of lorong 10 or 11). Good value for money although of course don't expect anything more than the absolute basics.

Although good value for money for Singapore standards, the cleanliness was just ok and the room was very small and basic.

This hotel offers nothing. You get a few coffee packets in the room. There are no refrigerators anywhere in the hotel. Could not even get a cup of ice

The staff was really kind and accommodating. In particular, Nazmi really helped us out with the issues we had with the first run and managed to get us a different room in a full hotelSiti was also very helpful with our luggage and our departure. They really made all the difference. It's quite an old property and it shows. It's fine, that's probably why it's a budget hotel. I wish they didn't have to cut off power to the ac while you're gone: it makes the room really hot and it takes a while to chill it off when you get back to it in the evening

Good, Clean and Convenient Near bus stop and not too far from Changi

Unfriendly vending machine that’s near the property, can’t return the change to customers. You should take it out

The Room was clean and the staff were very accommodating, near to bus stations and Mrt station.

The room is clear and well-maintained. The location is well-connected. The nearby MRT station is 10 minutes away on foot. There are a lot of food options available very close to the hotel. Staff are super friendly. Checking in and out is very smooth.

The room is small for the money I paid. However, staying in Singapore is costly.

It was generally clean. The staff was friendly.

There was a smell in the bathroom, probably from the drain. The shower head was rusty. The bathroom needs updating. The shower curtain doesn't reach the floor. It was noisy in the morning. There should be more lighting near the bed.
